In an extremely shocking incident, a baby was found dumped in a dustbin at Baina, Mormugao. The dustbin was kept out by a family and someone has dumped a baby in the dustbin. The garbage collector pointed to the family that the dustbin contained a baby which was dead. He also said he would inform the police. The baby was wrapped in double plastic. There has been all-around condemnation of the incident. Police were at the site and further investigation is on.
