Inter-state travellers fear for their safety on buses leaving Goa
Paulo Volvo buses were the subject of violence by random miscreants as they proceeded out of Goa towards Karnataka. While two buses escaped with cracked windshields, the third wasn’t as lucky as it collided into a railway overbridge. The driver was killed and many passengers seriously injured. In another incident, a bus driver lost his eye sight due to stone pelting. These incidents have traumatised travellers who fear for their safety while travelling on inter-state buses
