It’s been more than 11 months that the Anganwadi workers were fighting to get absorbed back into service. Earlier Chief Minister Pramod Sawant assured to revoke their termination orders but this was not fulfilled.
Tuesday, was the sixth day that the Anganwadi workers launched their chain hunger strike. Union Leader Hridaynath Shirodkar alleged that one minister was withholding the file for revocation of termination orders.
