MARGAO: Francisco (Mickky) Pacheco said that the mother of the complainant who has sought to intervene in the case was not present when the incident happened. The former MLA expressed his displeasure and frustration over the allegedly faulty method the police have adopted in filing their say.
Pacheco said, “The police are misguiding the judiciary by giving details of the cases registered against me which is wrong. I have been discharged in maximum number of the cases and this act of police is irresponsible.” He said the police have filed wrong details in the court in their say and when questioned by him the police said it was done on the advice of their seniors.
