Vehicle knocks dead three cows, two injured
OLD GOA: Three cows were killed on the spot and two others were grievously injured when a speeding car driven by Goa State Pollution Control Board official Vijay Kansekar knocked them down along the NH4A by-pass road, near Our Lady of Conception Chapel, Chimbel, on Thursday morning.
