Though the voices of local social media seem louder and quicker than written complaints, the ‘Big Bosses’ of the Government, semi Government departments, and corporations need constant reminders and pretend not to have heard the complaints of common people.

One fails to understand which government department it belongs to, even as one sees bundles of telephone BSNL cables with DP box tied and hanging on it dangerously. There could be many solutions to this problem, but no one seems to be doing anything. We talk of making Goa a smart city, but such things do not help the cause.
