Magisterial report cuts sorry picture of Aguada jail kitchen

PANJIM: The report of the magisterial inquiry into the food poisoning incident at the Central jail, Aguada, has equated the jail to solitary confinement. The report also highlights the possibility of prisoners attacking fellow inmates by using cooking knives and choppers which are accessible to them.
