PANJIM: Sporting Clube de Goa adopted St Xaviers HS, Moira and signed an MOU for providing sporting aid in the area of football for all their age group teams, recently.
Sporting Clube General Secretary signed the understanding with the school Principal and Manager Fr Simpliciano Fernandes in the presence of Headmistress Shilpa Samant, PTA Chairperson, Sanjeev Volvoikar and Sporting Clube’s team manager Angelo Albuquerque.
Earlier, U -16 girls team of St Xaviers HS were felicitated by Sporting Clube officials.
The team has now travelled to New Delhi to participate in the Subroto Cup International Football Tournament which will kick start from September 26.
