People across the globe are worried about whether they have a device that is really worth their money but at the end of the day, it is really not worth it worrying over such things because the smartphone market is growing everyday with new devices that are decked up with better features here and there. You really cannot have one smartphone or tablet that has all the current features in it. You as a consumer and device user should really think about buying a phone that meets your daily needs. Take into consideration what you would normally do with your phone and short list a device that would be appropriate for the same.
Now, since the HTC One M8 and the Samsung Galaxy have launched one after the other, I am getting calls and numerous e-mails from potential buyers asking me which one should they purchase. Looking at the status quotient, I would advise people to buy the HTC One M8 but when it comes to liking, Samsung really beats HTC in most cases. HTC has always focused on emphasizing quality, class and design in their smartphones but this time, they have really raised the bar with storage and battery life. Both the Galaxy S5 and the M8 are based on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS but the M8 has a powerful 2.3GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor which would probably be one of the plus points for buyers across the globe. When it comes to storage, both smartphone manufacturers have done a great job as the Galaxy S5 comes with 16GB internal storage and expandable up to 128GB via microSD card, just like the M8. The M8 will be available in two variants i.e 16GB and 32GB internal storage capacities. Drawing out conclusions on which is a better device would not make things better but deciding which is the best for you, would make a difference in your life.
Buying the HTC One M8 or the Galaxy S5 is not going to change anything for you unless you sit back for a moment and decide what you really want in terms of storage, battery capacity, design, class or product value. Summing it all up, HTC beats the Samsung this time with the M8 having a powerful processor, stupendous storage capacity, battery life and has maintained the style and status quotient in terms of quality and design. The Galaxy S5 on the other hand could have been better if they had a few more things different and better compared to their earlier flagship. Although, they have invested a lot in the resistant features and fingerprint scanner, they have not yet captured the market as of now. If you think out-of-the-box, creating and making a device is easy but, making a device an extension of an individual with focus on ideals, heart and quality is tough. Trends have changed now as people are so addicted to social networking that we have reached a stage where we have no voice balance on our phone, but we have WhatsApp and an active data connection.
