PANJIM: The State will observe the death anniversary of its first Chief Minister late Dayanand B Bandodkar on August 12.
Deputy Chief Minister Manohar Ajgaonkar along with the Council of Ministers and other dignitaries will pay floral tributes at the Samadhi of the departed leader at Miramar at 8.45 am.
Later, they will pay tributes to the life size statue of the leader at old Secretariat, Panjim.
