MAPUSA: JMFC Mapusa granted conditional bail to Sunil Kumar Singh(48) who posed himself as UP minister and enjoyed Goa Government protocol privilege including free accommodation at posh Government guesthouse, police security and escort vehicle for nearly two weeks from December to January.
JMFC Judge Teisy Mascarenhas directed the police to release Singh on bail bond of Rs 50,000 along with two local sureties. The court directed Singh to appear before the Goa Police Crime Branch every 15 days until a charge sheet is filed.
