Rights panel takes cognisance of Herald report

PANJIM: The Goa State Human Rights Commission has taken suo moto cognizance of Herald news report on the suspected mid-day meal poisoning case at Pernem in which at least 19 students of a government-aided high school fell ill after consuming the meal on July 27.
