The Bridge constructed during the Portuguese era at Kerim village in Sattari collapsed. The bridge connected Kerim to the rest of Sattari Taluka and was seldom used by locals as a footbridge. Locals have requested the government to take care of the bridge that is still standing in Kerim to avoid the same fate.
