PANJIM: Panjim police on Tuesday arrested a car driver for allegedly knocking down a biker near ferry jetty in the capital.

PANJIM: Panjim police on Tuesday arrested a car driver for allegedly knocking down a biker near ferry jetty in the capital. 
Rajkumar, originally hailing from Rajasthan, was arrested under Section 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
