PERNEM: Mandrem MLA Dayanand Sopte informed that 80 percent work of internal roads of electronic city is completed and government is working on processing the connecting road to NH 66.
Mandrem MLA Dayanand Sopte in the presence of Tuem Electronic City Project consultant Vijay Kumar, EE PWD Nevrekar, AE, JE, Sarpanch of Tuem and Virnoda Panchayat and Panch members visited the Tuem electronic city project site on Tuesday and inspected the ongoing work of the internal roads of the city.
Sopte said,”80 percent work of the internal roads of the electronic city is completed while 50 percent work of water tank that will cater to this project is completed. Also street lights of estimated cost of 2 crore 5 lakhs is tendered”.
“The plan for road connectivity from Tuem electronic city to NH 66 at Dhargal is ready and soon the land acquisition process of 2.35 km will be started. PWD road section has floated tender to clear off the trees which will cause obstacle in constructing the connectivity road,” Sopte informed.
