VASCO: Mapusa MLA Joshua D’Souza on Tuesday took charge as the chairman of Mormugao Planning and Development Authority (MPDA).
After assuming the office, D’Souza said that he will provide good governance, transparency and efficient administration. He also assured that he will try to resolve the issue of NOC of the Indian Navy on top priority
Stating that he hailed from Bardez taluka and that he never worked beyond Panjim, D’Souza said that the Vasco will be a new place to explore, a new experience and a new journey.
“I look forward to get the support of all the people and four MLAs of Mormugao taluka besides the staff of MPDA. I assure all the people of transparency and the best possible administration,” he said.
