PANJIM: Panjim police have booked a senior functionary of Goa State Co-operative Bank for allegedly making sexual advances towards his staff.
An FIR charging the official for stalking, outraging modesty of a woman and other offences was registered based on a complaint filed by the victim.
In her complaint, the woman alleged that the official attempted to sexually exploit her in exchange for cancelling her transfer to another branch. The woman also alleged that the official called her to a city restaurant on the pretext of discussing her transfer, and instead hinted at sexual favours.
