SERAULIM: Stars of Seraulim emerged champion of the 8-a-side cricket tournament organised by United Sports Club, Seraulim and played at SAG ground Seraulim.
Stars of Seraulim scored 86 in 5 overs and Mix Friends were bowled out for 72.
In all 9 Teams participated. The winners received a cash prize of Rs 7,000 and a trophy and the runner-up had to be content with Rs 5,000.
Active Youth Soccer Bhatt won the best disciplined team and Warriors Duncolim bagged the most passionate team of the tournament. Fr Benjamin, Parish Priest of Seraulim church, was the chief guest and gave away the prizes to the winners and runners-up.
