Sardesai had said that GPCC chief Luizinho Faleiro was colluding with the BJP. “On May 12, 2012, the BJP government withdrew a case against Faleiro’s family member, in which serious charges had been laid. Having said that, his latest moves as GPCC president and shooting with a gun on the shoulders of his sycophants is clear that he is in a joint venture with the BJP,” Sardesai had said.
Joseph Silva said, “Instead of criticising the BJP, he has been attacking Congress members.”
and has now stooped to a new low by attacking family members of Congress leaders. In doing so, the people of Fatorda and Goa now know his agenda and who is really the B team of the BJP.”
He further said, “This same BJP had threatened to take action against the Collector whose house was allegedly used to exchange money in the Louis Berger and JICA scam. However, while the BJP government was harassing our leaders, he fled the country and returned only when the issue died down. Why has he never raised the JICA issue since? We have known since then that BIP was blackmailing Sardesai to do all it takes to divide secular votes, including floating a political party.”
