PANJIM: Some relief from the scorching heat is expected from Tuesday as the Indian Meteorological Department-Goa has forecast light rainfall with thundershowers from March 14 to March 16 at isolated places in the state.

“With gradual increase in moisture incursion and likely formation of a trough near Konkan-Karnataka; cloudiness, light rain/thundershowers at isolated places very likely over North and South Goa from March 14 to 16,” reads the weather update issued by IMD-Goa said.
