Vasco Railway police register offence against Olencio Simoes, Orville Dourado, Francis Braganza and Camilo D’Souza for damaging the JCB used for railway works and assaulting the Railway workers by pelting stones. Vasco Railway have registered an offence under section 143 , 147, 148, 324 and 427 read with 149 IPC and further investigation is being carried out
