Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has announced that Govt would soon launch a “Har Ghar Fibre” scheme providing internet access to each household. Goa IT Minister Rohan Khaunte said, “Goa govt plans to launch 10,000 WiFi hotspots across the state in the coming few months.
Government buildings, as well as public places, will be covered. All constituencies will have WIFI access points free of cost, Khaunte stated.
