According to sources, the factory management tried to cover up the incident and avoided reporting the same to the police. The company officials neither made any efforts to rush Sudhir to the hospital nor did they contact an ambulance.

On receiving information about the incident, the police rushed to the spot. The security guard employed at other factory contacted the ambulance. Unfortunately, as the ambulance was not available, a health worker, who arrived on a two-wheeler, administered the first aid.

Finally, a factory worker took Sudhir to the hospital in his car. But Sudhir died on his way to the hospital.

According to the security guard, the victim was lying in the factory for around half hour.  If Sudhir had to be shifted to the hospital on time, he would have been saved.
