Agnel Fernandes, a resident of Sauntawado, reportedly died after suffering a seizure while fishing at Baga Beach and falling from a boat.
Fernandes was rescued from the water and rushed to the Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Candolim. However, he was declared dead by doctors at the health centre.
