Siolim led 1-0 at half time.
Siolim took the lead in the 8th minute of play as Prahlad Mandrekar capitalized on a goalmouth melee to score.
Trailing by a goal, Milagres mounted pressure on Siolim defence and almost drew level just before half time but Casmiro D’Souza try hit the post and the ball went out of play.
Changing over, Milagres continued attacking the Siolim citadel in search of an equaliser and were awarded a penalty as Gautam handled the ball in the danger zone. Casmiro made no mistake in converting the spot kick by beating the rival keeper to draw level.
At the end of regulation time, the teams settled for 1-1 draw.
In the resultant tie-breaker, Prahlad Mandrekar, Borris D’Souza, Mayur Toraskar and Rajesh Pomburpekar converted for the winners while Casmiro D’Souza, Kashinath Usgaikar and Aires Fernandes were on target for the losers.
