MAPUSA: Kelbai Sports Club drubbed El Shaddai Sports Club, Assagao 3-0 in the GFA’s U-14 Bardez League match played at Tivim ground, here, on Tuesday.
The first session was dominated by Kelbai colts yet they failed to score.
On crossing over, in the 38th minute Kelbai SC’s Sagun Chodankar netted from the penalty spot, 1-0.
As the match progressed, Kelbai SC pumped in two more goals. First through Chirag Gaonkar, who scored in the 52nd minute with a neat placement and later
Sagun netted his brace and the third goal in the 61st minute on entering the penalty box, 3-0.
Goan FC thumped Goa United FA 9-0 at Poriat ground, Calangute.
Vedant Naik scored four for the winners while Shlok Kane netted three. Dadapir Adoor and P Pereira were the other goal scorers for the winners.
Anshil Fernandes hat-trick lifted Dunes SC to a 6-0 win over Arpora Sporting Club at Morjim ground.
Munna Roy, Samford Fernandes and Renial D’Mello were the other goal scorers for the winners.
At Navelim ground, Wilred Leisure beat Navelim Villagers Union.
Ashen Fernandes, Alroy Gomes and Lyann Gonsalves netted a goal each for the winners.
U-16 LEAGUE
A goal each from Nazir Ali and T Pereira helped Anjuna Gymkhana beat Eagles SC at Anjuna ground.
3rd DIV LEAGUE
Bidesh XI downed Sirsaim Sports Club in the Goa Football Association Third Division League match played at Assonora ground, on Tuesday.
The winners led 1-0 at the break as Dynasshwar Pednekar scored the first just before the breather.
Crossing ends, Bidesh scored two more goals through Chandan Govekar and Dynasshwar.
