Yet the concerned authorities are least bothered. But the stretch of the main road from Mapusa Court junction to Joao Menezes junction is in a horrible condition. There are lots of pot holes and humps on the road which is giving nightmares to all those who are using the road specially the two-wheeler riders.
Besides this, lot of damage is being done to the vehicles due to bad condition of the road. Senior citizens, people suffering from back problems, expecting mothers find it very difficult to commute through this road.
When the government is charging a hefty road tax it is the duty of the government to maintain the roads but it is felt that the authorities concerned are least bothered about the common man. We kindly request the judiciary to step in and direct the authorities concerned to undertake the repairs of this road immediately.
