Kavlem: The Kavlem Panchayat, along with students of Lokvishwas Pratishtan, carried out a cleaning drive at the Kapileshwari Temple tank after concerns were raised over pollution and dead fish found in the water body.
During the drive, the team cleaned the tank and removed fish that were found floating in the water. The incident has raised concerns about the condition of the temple tank and its impact on aquatic life.

The Kavlem Panchayat has also lodged a complaint with the Goa State Pollution Control Board, seeking an inspection into the reported pollution and the fish deaths.
