There is a heavy rush for buses as Kannadigas from Goa are all geared up to travel to Karnataka to vote in the May 10 Karnataka Assembly elections. Goa State government has declared paid holiday for the electors of Karnataka, residing in Goa.
The Kannadigas residing in Goa were seen in large numbers at the Panjim KTC bus stand waiting to board buses to Karnataka on Tuesday, ahead of the election on Wednesday. Many people couldn’t get into the buses since the buses were overcrowded.
