The Cuncolim police on Monday re-arrested the two bull owners from Cuncolim who were on Sunday arrested under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
Cuncolim PI Sidhant Shirodkar informed that the duo were re-arrested under section 151 of the CrPC as a precautionary measure to ensure that the do not organize bull fight in the future. Further investigations are on.
