Health Minister Vishawajeet Rane stressed the need for unity among the youth so that they can put forth their demands before the Government for solution. Youth is a powerful force to reckon with and unity among them will not only help to strengthen national integration but also to take the village, state and nation ahead on the path progress and development, he added.
Mr Rane was speaking at a concluding and prize distribution function of 14th Goa Yuva Mahotsav organized by Konkani Bhasha Mandal and Yuva Parivartan Kendra, Parye in association with Department of Arts and Culture, Government of Goa, at Parye in Sattari taluka recently.
Director of Arts and Culture Prasad Lolienkar, Chairperson SMC Vijaykumar Verekar, President of Konkani Bhasha Mandal Prashant Naik also spoke on the occasion.
Rajendra Usapkar, Datta Rane, Gurudas Gaonkar were present on the occasion.
Eknath Naik proposed the vote of thanks.
