After a massive hunt the Vasco police nabbed two persons from Uttar Pradesh near Cansaulim railway station who were reportedly involved in Bogmalo shooting case. The two contract killers are residents of Mumbai and native of UP. Police found both near railway track, after shooting incident they fled from the spot and were hiding in the bushes.
Earlier on thursday evening, a man from New Vaddem, Vasco was shot by some unknown persons in broad daylight at Bogmalo near Ranghavi Estate area. The rented car in which the two unknown accused tried to flee fell in a trench. However, they managed to escaped from the scene.

The injured man was immediately taken to the Sub District Hospital Chicalim where he was declared dead.
Amar Naik from New Vaddem along with his friend Pritesh from Chicalim, had gone to Bogmalo in a car for some property related work. The two unknown persons who had reportedly come to meet Amar and his friend in a rented Swift car, reportedly shot Amar on his head and also tried to shoot his friend Pritesh who escaped the attack after he took refuge in a nearby bungalow.
