In yet another case of asking for opinions, the Sancoale Panchayat has asked for technical Opinion from Chief Town Planner in the Bhutani Infra case.

SANCOALE: In yet another case of asking for ‘Opinion’ the Sancoale Village Panchayat has adopted a resolution to seek technical opinion from the Chief Town planner, TCP department and MPDA on the construction licence which was issued to Bhutani Infra.

Earlier, the panchayat had spent much time in seeking legal opinion, before revoking the licences issued to Bhutani Infra in the controversial project at Sancoale.

Sancoale Village Panchayat Secretary Orville Vales stated that he had the panchayat requested technical opinion form the Chief Town Planner on the Develoment permission given by Mormugao PDA and also the construction licence issued by the Panchayat.

Sancoale Village Panchayat Secretary Orville Vales wrote a letter to the TCP with a copy marked to Mormugao PDA .

The development permission was issued by the Mormugao Planning and Development Authority on 2nd February 2024

And the construction licence was issued by the Sancoale Panchayat on 11 March 2024
