For Five Stars, Guru Siolkar scored a brace while Omkar Parab and Suraj Gad scored a goal each.
Five Stars were awarded Rs 8,000 along with the trophy while Muslimwada SC had to be content with Rs 5,000 and a trophy.
The following individual prizes were awarded to best player of the tournament Mozan of Muslimwada, promising player Tukaram Parab of Five Stars, best goalkeeper Bipin of Math United and first goal of the final Suraj Gad of Five Stars.
President of Friends Circle Frankie Sequeira proposed the vote of thanks.
