A High Power Committee meeting for the Sonsodo, chaired by Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant was held on Monday. The committee has resolved to set up a 15 Tonnes per day bio-methanation plant at the garbage dump site at Margao.
The Government also assured to complete the facility within 12 months. The meeting was attended by the Fatorda MLA, Curtorim MLA, Minister Vishwajit Rane and the Chairperson of MMC Damu Shirodkar.
