NAVELIM: United Boys of Ambaulim scored a convincing 6-0 win over Carmel Sports Club in the GFA Second Division League at Rosary ground, Navelim, on Monday.

Teron Fernandes struck the first early in the third minute to give total control for the Ambaulim team.
They doubled the tally at the half hour mark through Anthony Fernandes. Alex Fernandes made it 3-0 in the 37th minute before Dailon Carvalho scored the team’s fourth before the breather. Crossing over, UB Ambaulim scored two more goals through a Masilon Fernandes brace.
Guirdolim Club scored a fluent 3-1 win over Fr. Agnelo SC Paroda at Don Bosco ground, Fatorda.
Ryan Fernandes gave Guirdolim the lead in the 35th minute as the winners led 1-0 at the breather.
In the second half, the Paroda team leveled terms through Packie Oliveira. Guirdolim regained their lead in the 64th minute through Presley Pinto. Shailesh Velip netted the third for Guirdolim in the 82nd minute to confirm full points.
