PANJIM: In its endeavour to provide value-added services to its customers, Konkan Railway has launched a mobile app on Google Play Store which will enable the passengers to access various train-related features on their mobile phone.
The app can be downloaded and installed on Android and Blackberry Smart phones. The app has been developed in-house by Konkan Railway Information Technology cell. It will allow the passengers to not only check the time-table of trains running via Konkan Railway route, but also give current status of trains on the route. So, no need to dial any train enquiry number.
The app also allows access to Konkan Railway’s website.
