It was very close to the Sarmanas river and due to rains the path collapsed. The way was shortest road to go to Sarmanas.

After the incident Pilgao Talathi, Siddhesh Jalmi, Electricity JE, Sakharam Gawas and PWD officials visited the site. After the inspection the matter was forwarded to WRD for further action. Meanwhile, the Mayem MLA and Deputy Speaker, Anant Shet has expressed his concern over the incident and is likely to visit the site.
