PANJIM: St Xavier’s College, Mapusa, won a grand double being awarded the best college in sports, men as well as women, by Goa University for 2022-23 on the occasion of its 39th foundation anniversary. St Xavier’s also scored another double as Namita Govekar was adjudged best sportswoman of Goa University and Vinay Harji best sportsman of Goa University.
