MARGAO: Addl. Sessions Judge Vincent D’Silva, Margao on Friday dismissed bail application of Laxman Chavan alias Pika from Moti Dongor, Margao who had committed murder of Sachit Borkar, 46, a resident of Malbhat, Margao.
Sachit was assaulted by Laxman following an argument in front of a kiosk near the Konkan Railway station on Sunday night. The accused assaulted Borkar and later hit a wooden stool on his head injuring Borkar seriously.
