Panjim: On the occasion of Navy Day, the Naval Aviation Museum at Bogmalo is providing free entry for school children from December 4 to 6, 2020.

The Indian Navy pointed out that ‘Navy Day’ is celebrated on December 4, every year to commemorate ‘Operation Trident’, a decisive event during the 1971 Indo – Pak war. “The swift and daring missile attack on Karachi harbour took the enemy by surprise and was one of the key factors in ensuring the victory of the Indian Armed Forces against Pakistan,” the Navy stated.
Further, the Naval Aviation Museum at Goa is a one of its kind in Asia, showcasing the rich legacy of Indian Naval Aviation.
