PONDA: The locals at Dabal, Saton, Kodli Tisk, Davkon, Tatodi and other areas in Dabal Kirlpal Panchayat in Dharbandora Taluka faces hardship due to frequent power failures since past many days.
The locals are demanding with authorities to locate the fault and rectify it immediately.

According to them, power failures are occurring several times in a day, causing difficulties for students, shopkeepers and professionals alike.
The food items stored in refrigerators are getting spoiled. In absence power, fans are not working, due to which the children are having disturbed sleep due to mosquito bites.
Locals said power lines have become old and there is need to replace with new.
Meanwhile the Usgao locals too complained of power failures since the month of May. During night time there were frequent power breakdowns. Even slight rain and wind tripped the power lines.
The locals urged authorities to find out reasons behind power failures and fix them immediately.
