VALPOI: In a tragic incident, a one-and-a-half-year-old toddler drowned, after accidentally falling into a bucket of water at Valpoi on Tuesday evening.
According to reports, while playing in his house, the toddler accidentally fell into a bucket filled with water, when his mother was in the kitchen.
Realising the little boy was missing, the mother began searching for him and soon found him in the bucket of water.
The horrified mother rushed her son to the Government hospital at Valpoi, but the medical officer declared him dead on arrival.
