CURTORIM: Uguem Rising Club, Sanguem shot-out Rossman Cruz Nagoa-Verna 5-4 via the tie-breaker to move into the final of the Curtorim Panchayat Cup organised by Maina Sports Club, at Curtorim ground, on Friday.
Rossman netted the first goal through Eusbio’s long ranger in the 40th minute but the joy was short-lived as Asiyo of Sanguem equalised with a grounder in the 50th minute.
In the resultant tie-breaker, Uguem Rising Club netted through Handly, Cleto, Ashley and Desmond while Hilton, Eusubio and Joy scored for Rossman Cruz, Nagoa-Verna.
Uguem Rising Club will now meet the winners of Mandopa SC and CAC Cansaulim in the final on March 10.
