The Anjuna Police on Friday requested additional time to file its response in connection with the bail applications of accused Ajay Gupta and Bharat, citing their engagement in the ongoing Zilla Panchayat (ZP) elections as the reason for the delay.
The court acknowledged the request and adjourned the hearing to Monday, allowing the police sufficient time to submit their stand on the matter.
