Goa Govt Hikes Contract and Resident Doctors’ Pay at GMC, Approves 5% Annual Increment

The Goa government has approved an increase in remuneration for contract doctors as well as members of the Goa Association of Resident Doctors (GARD) serving at the Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC).

Health Minister Vishwajit Rane announced that, along with the revised pay structure, the government has also cleared a 5 per cent annual increment for doctors working under these categories.
