Abandoned Pet Dog ‘Tiger’ Rescued in Loliem After Severe Neck Injury and Maggot Infestation

Animal activists have rescued a pet dog named Tiger in Loliem, Canacona, after he was allegedly abandoned by his owners and later found suffering from a severe neck injury. The dog is believed to have been bitten by another animal, resulting in a deep wound that became infested with maggots.

Left unattended and in considerable pain, Tiger was eventually located and safely captured by rescuers. He has since been shifted to a secure facility, where he is receiving medical treatment and care.
