In connection with the 2025 seizure of 4.3 kg of cocaine from a house in Baina, the Margao Additional Sessions Court has directed that charges be framed against the prime accused.
The accused identified are Nibu Vincent, also known as Wilson, and Vedasto Ishengoma Audax. The case pertains to a major drug bust carried out by the Goa Crime Branch.

At the same time, the court discharged four co-accused — Reshma Wadekar, Manguesh Wadekar, Chirag Dudhat, and Tariro Brightmore Mangwana — citing insufficient grounds to proceed against them.
The case relates to the seizure of a significant quantity of cocaine from a residential property in Baina, marking one of the notable anti-narcotics operations in the state. Further legal proceedings will continue against the two primary accused.
