Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar will visit Goa on September 2 and 3 to review the state’s preparedness for the upcoming Assembly elections.
During his two-day visit, the CEC is expected to guide election officials on key aspects including electoral rolls, voting procedures and addressing queries related to the poll process.
Kumar will also hold meetings with election officials across Goa’s 40 Assembly constituencies to assess preparations and ensure that necessary arrangements are in place for the elections.
The visit is aimed at strengthening coordination among election authorities and ensuring a smooth and efficient electoral process in the state.
