Goa Cultural & Social Centre (GCSC) organized its 2nd All Goa Carol Singing Competition in association with the Corporation of the City of Panaji, at Garcia de Orta Municipal Garden, Panaji on December 18, 2018. Also present were President of GCSC, Mr. Francisco Noronha, Vice President, Mr. Isac H. Dias, Gen. Secretary, Mr. Milagres Fernandes, Jt. Secretary, Mr. Silvestre S. Estibeiro, Treasurer, Mr. Suresh Azgaonkar and Member, Shri Jose Fernandes.
